In light of Hyakki Yako II: Purgatory Purge winning 'Most Outstanding Gameplay Design Direction' and 'Most Outstanding Game' at the Griffith University 2022 Awards Ceremony, the game has been updated to Version 0.20.1!

Changes include:

- Dialogue boxes have been updated to display the name of the speaking character.

- Most dialogue has had a new writing-pass. Characters have a lot more to say!

- The Great Basin and Waterfall Hotel have had a new art-pass, and look more stunning than ever!

- The game now features much better dynamic loading, which should increase general frame-rates significantly on most computers, but will cause obvious frame drops when new levels are loaded. This is being worked on.

- Picking up items no longer causes frame drops.
